New, modern, spacious and warm four-room apartment of 77 m2, with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet and a balcony. The apartment is placed at a 1000 m distance from the heart of the city. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one bedroom is with a French-bed, while two are with single beds. The sitting room may as well be used as a bedroom, as it has a functional set transformable into a bed with a single move. Thus, the apartment makes a perfect residence for at least 6 people.

The apartment is a 9-min walk from the city centre, bustling with bars, restaurants, and bakeries, yet tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood for your comfort and enjoyment. You can enjoy a walk along the river or even play tennis on the courts right in front. The apartment is located in a new building with an elevator. High-speed fiber-optic internet is installed, and the connection is excellent :)

"Ada na Uni" is a private isle located in Bosanska Otoka on the beautiful river Una. At this place privacy is fully guaranteed.Cabin is best fit for 4-5 people. Toilet is next to the cabin  and outdoor shower is also available. We have solar panels which provide us a decent ammount of electricity so we can afford having light around the cabin,freezer,chargers and TV. Next to the cabin is grill where you can barbecue and hang around.Everyone is welcome!!!

The apartment is located in walking distance to the touristic sites of Banja Luka - city centre 800 m, Kastel fortress 250 m, local market 400 m - and great restaurants with traditional food, amazing cafés, grocery stores, bakery, etc. The neighbourhood is very peaceful. It is suitable for families, couples, solo travelers and business workers.
