Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. The heat of summer is cooling as we settle into cozy fall, with winter right around the corner. Plan a getaway for hiking, mountain biking or snuggling by the fire with a book. Or plan ahead for the ski season! We get epic snow every year with easy access to Boreal, Sugar Bowl and Royal Gorge just a few mins away. Expect tons of charm in this rustic, "old Kingvale" cabin. Accommodates 4-6 comfortably. Situated conveniently near the freeway but feels like the backcountry. Best of both worlds!

During the winter you can cross country ski behind the house (conditions permitting). Only 8 miles from (Palisades) Alpine and Squaw.

Snow removal is included. There is a new gas range/oven and all the cooking utensils you’ll need! We also have a new refrigerator!
