Cottage is 660 SF, 2 bedroom. One room has a queen bed. Second bedroom is a bunk bed best suited for children. The common space has a day bed with a second pull up trundle bed. Access to the owners dock and use of Kayak and paddle board when a waiver is signed. 15 Minutes to the Ark and 1 Hour to the Creation Museum & Cincinnati. Cottage attached to owners house by an outdoor breezeway and has it's own large deck and lake access. No Dishwasher or Washer/Dryer ID verify at checkin

There is separation between the sleeping areas, making it ideal for families. Primary had en suite bathroom while other bathroom is between bedroom and bunk/mudroom on opposite side of the condo.

Public boat launches, and 2 parks are 7-10 minutes drive from the property. The north entrance to the Dacey Trail bike and walking paths are 1/4 mile from the property entrance. Horseback riding on the property is allowed with prior approval only.
