The residence features an all-white interior, subtle contrasting grays, an array of textures and motifs, wood accents, chic furnishings, a shaded front porch & backyard seating with a fire pit. There are two twin sofa beds in living room, and as needed, we can set up a twin roll-away in the bedroom with the king bed. We can also put a twin air bed in the dinning area! This 1923 HISTORIC 1/2 double is in a very quiet neighborhood & has been recently remodeled top to bottom. All of the furnishings, fixtures, appliances, paint, flooring & porches are BRAND NEW. It's comfortable, cozy & quaint.....with updates galore! It features 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, & Queen size beds) and 2 full baths. The living room has a 54 inch TV, two twin sleeper sofas, seating for 6, and a rustic ceiling fan. (Upon request, additional sleeping arrangements can be made for 2 more people.) The spacious dining room has a large butcher block table with lots of seating. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. It has stainless appliances, quartz & butcher block countertops and barstool seating. The house is WiFi equipped with 3 TV sets. OUTSIDE The covered front porch allows great views of the quiet neighborhood’s green space & comfortable seating for 4. Out back, we have a charcoal grill, a table, seating for 6 & a fire pit w/firewood. Off street parking is available— as well as lots of off-street parking, that is well-lit in a family centered neighborhood. We think you will enjoy our newly-restored retreat & all it has to offer. The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. No parties or events per AirBNB policy. **IMPORTANT: 1 queen size bed on the first floor The other beds are open lofts visible to each other and accessible by very STEEP stairs.
