This studio apt. is on the lower level of a triplex unit that is less than one mile from the beach located in an older neighborhood of single and multifamily homes walking distance to Grand Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach. There is a private deck with distant ocean/sunset views, a full kitchen/bath, off street parking. Apt. features twin beds, free wifi, but no TV. Welcome to Laguna Landing! Located only steps away from the Oceano Dunes and Pismo Beach is this large 2900 square foot home.
