Brand-new AC units throughout! Walk paths at the end of the block, 2 miles to the bay beach, and 1 mile to a plaza with bagels, pizza, a market, and holistic urgent care. Shore Haven Walk to beach and bay

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00

Seaside Park Summer Rental (East Apt)

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This rental used to be a general store, converted into a summer rental. It's a perfect location for fishing off the pier or a day at the beach. Rental has 4 badges for access to both. NOTE: 25+ yrs old to rent. Weekly rentals (Saturday - Saturday) for July and August preferred. Thanks
