Morgens kannst du bei einer Tasse Kaffee Vogelgezwitscher hören oder im nahen Park Joggen, abends beim "Griechen" (150m) den Tag ausklingen lassen. Das App. liegt im Grünen, jedoch nur 15 Min. vom Zentrum entfernt. Zur Messe München sind es 20 Min. Die U-Bahn fährt direkt zum Oktoberfest 15 Min. Autobahn ist 5 Min. entfernt.

Quite attic apartment right next to the subway

Located at the southern edge near the Perlacher Forest, the area is still very central, thanks to the U-Bahn (U1) right outside the door, which takes you to the main train station in 10 minutes. At the same time, free parking is easily available in the neighborhood. The neighbourhood is quiet and very secure. Even as a woman you don’t have to be afraid do walk outside at night.

This private cosy house in our garden has its own private terrace and everything a little house needs. Only 30 Minutes from Munich centre and 25 to Oktoberfest directly by train. Kids are welcome - extra baby bed no problem (we have 3 kids and love dogs)
