This is a remodeled cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit in a duplex. Located in Downtown Bothell, you will be a short walk away from the numerous restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. The University of Washington Bothell and Cascadia College campuses are just a 10 minute walk, as is the Sammamish River/Burke-Gilman Trail. A 10 minute car ride puts you in the middle of Woodinville Wine Country; Lynnwood and Bellevue are at 20 minutes, and Downtown Seattle is a half-hour away.

This large, completely private suite is the full lower level of our house, with it's own separate entrance. Enjoy the private bedroom with king-sized bed and full bathroom with shower. The very large living space has a pull-out full-sized sofa bed and we can provide air beds on request (i.e. for children). There's a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge for your convenience.
