Beachside Suite in Wellington is a renovated open concept loft on the 2nd floor of our 1870’s barn. Parking included. The location is outstanding; a 30 second walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to fabulous restaurants like the Drake Devonshire and La Condesa. Perfect for couples; it's private, air conditioned, has a 3 piece ensuite, large kitchenette, private deck with BBQ, gorgeous views and is in the heart of wine Country. The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Our guests stay on the SECOND floor of the barn in a 1200 Sq Ft, fully reno'd apt that sleeps 6. Located about 1 hour from NYC you will find peace and serenity in the middle of nature on this 4 acre estate (that also contains our main home) where you can get away from it all. unwind this way or visit local attractions like Thunder Ridge Ski Mountain, snowshoe/ X Country skiing, hike/bike/running trails, restaurants and local cafe's. Great oasis to kick back and spend time with family.

Above will be the beautiful night sky - with no street lights. Fully-equipped kitchen, or cook outdoors on the provided charcoal grill. Queen bed in bedroom, 2 futons in LR opens to sleep four and a queen air mattress can be called upon to sleep two more. Children under 12 years of age stay free.

Two Smart TVs , VCR and DVD player with tapes and DVDs provided. Large deck and patio furniture off the living room with private woodland views and a babbling brook. Outdoor fire pit also provided. Close to Fallingwater, Ohiopyle and Seven Springs. Pet friendly (up to 2) and beautiful hiking trails in our woods.
