5 year old detached guest house in Laurelhurst/North Tabor. Bright and spacious with vaulted cedar ceilings. Modern Industrial style with many eco-friendly features such as mini-split heat/ac, tankless water heater, and all-natural fiber area rugs and linens means fewer toxins and a low carbon footprint. Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

Bright, cozy and new garden suite in Northeast Portland! This pied-à-terre has a private entrance via the garage for access to your own living room, bedroom and bathroom. An exercise bike, mini-fridge, electric kettle and coffee machine are available for use while you relax with views of the garden out your window. The space is located within easy walking distance of New Seasons grocery and multiple restaurants and bars in the Alberta Arts district. A perfect spot for your Portland visit.

Every timber was milled from our family land. Insulation is clay-straw and the walls are natural plaster. We’re located on a quiet street in the King/Sabin neighborhood that’s just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, parks and a grocery store down the street.
