Luxurious Retreat with Hot Tub & Walk to Echo Lake

Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

Mountain View Studio

This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

Cranmore Mountain Resort and Saco river is 2 miles down the road for all your skiing/snowboarding, mountain biking, tubing and adventures! Settled above the White Mountain National Forest facing the "Moat Mountains" with perfect sunrise and sunset views from all levels. This condo is a perfect refuge for families or groups of up to 6. Perfectly located for a hike or bike the miles of scenic trails. Visit Storyland, Echo Lake, Attitash, Cranmore or float down the Sacco. These attractions and many more are all within minutes!

North Conway private, wooded in-town location

Our home sits on top of a hill looking down over a very quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of North Conway, between North Conway Village and Intervale/Kearsarge. The house sits on 1/2 acre of wooded land with a long dirt driveway leading up to a parking area that can accommodate 2-4 cars. Our home has direct access to the Whitaker Woods trail system that runs from Kearsarge to North Conway Village. We are also a short walk to the Moat restaurant and Stonehurst/Wild Rose restaurant.

CloverCroft, a 200+/- year old farmhouse, is located in the rich farmland of the Saco River Valley at the foot of the White Mountains. We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.) COME ENJOY PRIVACY AND THE GREAT OUTDOORS. There are many summer and winter activities very close by and we look forward to hosting you.
