Get away from it all with this, rustic tiny home situated on a small farm. Sit out front and enjoy the sunset while you watch the horses, donkeys, goats and cows. We do ask you only feed the animals the provided treats. There is no wifi available, you can use your hotspot on your cell for the tv. Microwave and grill with a side burner for cooking. No indoor stove or oven. Toilet and sink inside, shower is outside. Close to downtown Wilmington and the beaches! Lots of local history as well!

We also have other unique rentals on-site that can be utilized for gatherings/parties/events. 3 guests could fit.. the couch is a futon, would be best for kids. ☺️ Well behaved pets are allowed with a pet fee ($35 per pet per day).

Enjoy all the best hikes on the Blue Ridge Parkway just 4 miles away and then head 25 minutes into Asheville for all its amazing food, music, and beer. We provide the luxury of heat and air conditioning, with a little taste of being off grid with an outhouse and an outdoor solar shower bag. *4x4 or AWD is best*
