Very clean comfortable 3/2 private home on a waterfront canal by Laguna Madre Bay. We follow the Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process. We have Security Camera's and home Alarm system. Back yard is a hit with everyone, very relaxing. You can fish off the dock in the back yard or take the kayaks. Mustang Island beach is near by. We provide life jackets for the kayaks but we are not responsible for accidents. NO bottom fishing!! Bring your own poles, hooks, bobbers & bait. Pet Fee $40 per pet

Primary bedroom with King size bed and spacious bathroom, and work space area, 2nd bedroom with bunk beds top twin bottom Queen/full size and additional twin. 2nd bathroom is a Common bathroom. Fireplace, Pool and hot tub for all to enjoy. Bring your boat this condo has a boat slip! Bring kayaks or paddle boards this property is on a canal. Beaches are 6-8 mins. drive.

On the Beach Sunrise

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. Visit the Art Center, the museums, the American Bank Center and many attractions downtown. Furthermore, it is very close to Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, Texas A&M, the Navy Base, walking trails, and beautiful beaches.

Endless Summer On The Beach

Clean, top floor condo with private balcony and an exceptional view of the beach and water. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sun rise. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy the beach and visit some attractions. Or go windsurfing or kite boarding. There have been major renovations going on at the complex since 2022. However the elevator has not been replaced yet and is out of service occasionally. The staircase is close to the beach and water.
