The spacious compound consists of 2 separate houses joined by a common courtyard and surrounded by multi level stone walls, terraces and gardens. The house is centrally located between Ikaria's north and south sides, 8 km from Seychelles Beach / Magganitis Village and 8 km from the port of Evdilos. Nearby to the house one can visit the Castle of Koskinas, Ranti Forest and Raos Hutra Cave.

The tower is a 2 level apartment at 'Pyrgos traditional village', above the museum of ikaria. Pyrgos traditional village is a complex of 8 traditional buildings at the top of Agios Kirikos, a traditional small village with a common pool only for guests, a small reception, breakfast area, parking, common verandas and yards and natural vegetation. The tower has a small kitchen and two sofa-beds at the main floor and one main bedroom with a bathroom with shower at the top floor.
