300 feet from Atlantic Ocean: Cozy Guest Suite

Guest will have private access on the first floor of this three story ocean view beach home in Virginia Beach, VA. The guest suite is separate from the main house. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and one bathroom. In the entrance hallway there is a stacker washer dryer, refrigerator, microwave, sink next to refrigerator along with a gas grill outside. NOTE: There is no living room; however, there are chairs in the bedrooms. The true living room is the beach on the Atlantic Ocean :)

My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

We own a shop called Island Attic in Avon, NC, where we sell our finds from around the globe. It is a short walk to the Multi-Use path on Bay Drive where you can walk, bike, run, or skate about 3 miles along the sound towards Kitty Hawk and 2 miles south to the Wright Brothers Monument. Kill Devil Hills has many public beach accesses with parking nearby.

Historic, Downtown area of Norfolk. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, museums, landmarks, parks, memorials, EVMS, & CHKD. This special residence is on the National Register of Historic Homes, includes a clawfoot tub & rooftop patio (no hold harm). This High Victorian Italian home was built in 1870, with a Mansard roof & features an ornamental cast iron veranda. John Cary Weston built this as a summer residence following the Civil War.
