Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Het ruime appartement heeft 2 aparte slaapkamers voor totaal 4 personen. Eventueel is een derde slaapkamer/studio apart bij te boeken, enkel in combinatie met het appartement. U slaapt op de begane grond (2 sk + eigen badk.+eigen keuken+ eigen grote woonkamer (50 m2) met hoge plafonts en openhaard. eigen ingang. 3e slaapkamer is boven via het voorhuis. Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

Er is plaats voor twee volwassen in een slaapkamer met uitzicht op bos. Kom helemaal tot rust bij de kachel, luister naar de vogeltjes en de ruisende bomen. De boekenkast staat vol met boeken en spelletjes. In het leuke Voorthuizen is van alles te doen, dus naast rust is er veel vertier te vinden in de omgeving.

Compleet ingericht, met een sfeervolle pelletkachel en een houtkachel is dit echt een plek om tot rust te komen! Het huisje heeft een eigen tuin en grenst aan een bos, waar je een fijne wandeling kunt maken en in de nabije omgeving zijn nog veel meer wandelgebieden. Ook loop je vanaf het huisje in zo'n 20 minuten naar een leuke zwemplas.
