You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

28 acre property is a Forever Farm surrounded by rolling hills and Lake frontage . This farm is also referenced in the historical book “ Come Spring “ we purchased this beautiful property in 2019 and have spent the last year renovating it. Our favorite part of the home are the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the round Pond . This is very peaceful retreat. Stella is located at the start of the land, above our storage building, has plenty of parking and can be reached with 2wd vehicles. This is a new space, exterior is unfinished. The hot tub is an Aqualiving 3 person lounge!

There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
