Stone Cottage on Kerr Island

Welcome to the little stone cottage on beautiful Sylvan Lake. We are located in Rome City, IN. This adorable house, originally built in 1930, was remodeled and completely renovated in 2018. The updated kitchen features tiled backsplash, gas range, oven, and fridge. There is a microwave and Keurig for your convenience. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a small wardrobe for hanging clothes, and a dresser. The bathroom features a tiled shower.

Country Cottage

Featured as an extension to the Kimmell House Inn and located on the property next to the inn, the Country Cottage has a king size bed, kitchenette, sitting area, and private bath with jetted jacuzzi tub. Secluded in the garden, this cottage has a private patio. We love hosting guests from all walks of life as they enjoy our quiet countryside retreat.

D & J Lakefront Rental

This is a lake front location with lots of great fishing. A pier is right out front to relax on and enjoy the lake. There is a fire pit for roasting marshmallows or just enjoying the evening. You can also use the charcoal grill, picnic table and enjoy a nice lunch outside.
