Alpen Retreat 2Bdrm 2Bthrm Hirafu Resort

A well appointed chalet (2 bedrooms + loft) on the Hirafu village border with a view of Mt. Yotei. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed while the loft space consists of two single beds. A fully equipped kitchen, WIFI are standard, as well as a washer and a dryer. Alpen Retreat offers excellent value and is a great base for any holiday. There is a TV with an HDMI cable for screening Netflix's etc (no local or cable TV). You will need to rent a car with this location.

We have renewed the house but have kept the place a Japanese ski chalet, the lounge has retained the high ceilings with wood walls. We have a new kitchen, toilets with washlets, bathroom basins, all new windows throughout, and floor heating in the ski room/ entrance and first floor bathroom.

Vacation house near Noboribetsu Onsen

It is a very quiet place surrounded by nature. A BBQ space in front of the river in the backyard is available for bonfires and wood-chopping. Hammocks and swings are available for guests with children. Located just a few minutes drive to Noboribetsu Onsen district, you can enjoy many day-trip hot springs. There is a convenience store within walking distance. We recommend staying at least 2 nights and driving. Travel by bus or cab is inconvenient.

The house is a 60 year old house located in the center of Date City, Hokkaido.The neighborhood is conveniently located with AEON, convenience stores, Daiso, restaurants, etc. The nearest station, Date Monbetsu Station, is about 1 km away.Lake Toya is 30 minutes away by car, and Niseko and Noboribetsu are about 1 hour away. We recommend that you use this as a base for your trip.
