From crabbing, shelling, fishing, shopping or sun bathing at the pool ( which is right outside the door), we just want y'all to come home and relax and reflect. Whether it's drinks on the patio, or eating your to go order while watching the game. Rest, relax, reboot and let the good times roll.

This Gulf Terrace listing features a newly updated upstairs unit less than a mile to public beach access and the water park. Unit includes 2 bedroom/1 bathroom with a queen bed, full bed, and sleeper sofa. Condo sleeps 6. Includes wifi, a 65" smart tv equipped with Netflix, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and all the amenities you can think of. Towels, hair dryer, beach towels, umbrella, and a full kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, etc) Complex includes 3 pools and a tennis court.

The unit is located on Okaloosa Island, walking distance to restaurants and attractions, about 6 miles to Destin and 16 miles to Miramar Beach. 3 adult limit. Sorry, no pets. Please note that the building exterior is currently being re-sided (Jan, '26), so the building will be "Zen blue" in a month or so.
