Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Our property is centrally located from all beaches in South County Rhode Island. Walking distance to shopping and groceries also a playground if you have children. Enjoy this beautiful home that we poured our heart and soul into ourselves. There are custom countertops along with the soft touches to make you feel at home. The bathroom is extremely spacious. There is a wide open living/dining area . One queen Bedroom with lots of space. A twin bedroom that extends into a king bed.

This cozy seaside cottage with sleep loft has the look and feel of an old classic yacht inside with modern amenities. Couples will love the water views, screened porch, gas-wood stove, heated stone floor in cedar bathroom, outdoor shower and patio. Another larger 2 bedroom cottage on property is for rent also for families with younger children. This rental is NOT suitable for toddlers or children under 12 due to the open balconies, railings and narrow spiral staircase to the loft.

Spectacular Accommodations !

Located approximatly 1 mile from downtown Newport, this ia a truly unique and awesome space. Everything in this house is brand new and the place is spotless. Trust me you will love staying here. It’s the perfect spot for two couples. I also live on property but your space is completely private.. Just as an FYI Fridays and Saturdays are a package deal. You must book both otherwise I would lose the other. (Next to impossible to rent a Saturday if the Friday is already booked)

The Ritz: Bright, airy & close to everything!

One of three homes on a large property, the 'Ritz' is a studio with private porch, Adirondack chairs & fire pit outdoors. Perfect for a couple with one queen. A full kitchen, BBQ grill and a short walk to town and the Southeast Light. We may accommodate a child in a pack n play, but do ask you to bring your own linens. The grill is propane, which we provide a tank and a extra. Please let us know if you are out so we can be sure to have it filled in time.
