The Cabin

Charming log cabin in great Floyd County location for 2 guests only. Large family room with gas fireplace. Separate bedroom with queen bed, well appointed kitchen, & single bath with stall shower. Located ~22 minutes from I-81, 35 minutes from Virginia Tech, 22 minutes from Floyd Country Store, & ~ 40 minutes to Roanoke. No smoking/vaping on property. Our home is beside/visible from the cabin. We are available if you need anything, but we respect your time and will give you your privacy.

Constructed from two old tobacco barns (with fireplace), this property provides a unique experience-connecting the past & present. The cabin is surrounded by nature’s beauty and Big Reed Island river flows only feet from the front porch. Enjoy a secluded stay in our one of a kind, luxurious log cabin treehouse. The treehouse offers 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom on the main floor with a rock shower and the loft bedroom with a half bath. The treehouse has a full wrap around porch with jacuzzi tub overlooking a spring branch and fire pit. Enjoy the outdoor shower with a 16” rainfall shower head under the treehouse next to the spring branch. Our gravel road welcomes you to a cozy home in the trees.
