A charming 2 BR/1 Bath bamboo cottage with direct access to the beach and pool. It’s a relaxed, seaside escape where a few friendly resident dogs call the property home. They roam the grounds and may occasionally say hello, adding a lived‑in, homey feel to the space. If you don’t enjoy being around dogs or prefer a pet‑free environment, this is likely not the best fit for you. Only 950 meters from the highway, we are nextdoor to Liquid Dumaguete Resort. Ronilyns Inn

150 meters to the sea. 300 m to Port Royal water park. 500 m to the sandy beach Melrose Beach. 1600 m to Robinsons Mall. 2600 m to the city center. The pool is on the neighboring property (D&D Resort) and can be used for a small daily fee of around $2 per person. The accommodation is located in a typical Filipino settlement. The WiFi has a high speed of 16.8 Mbps download and 3.33 Mbps upload. The normal Check-In time is between 14 pm and 20 pm.

Amlan ocean guest unit

A beautiful studio type smaller unit situated by the ocean in Amlan close to Dumaguete Philippines. It has high speed internet(wifi), a double bed, hot/cold shower, cable tv, wifi, air con, refrigerator and cooking facilities with utensils. Situated by a coral sanctuary for snorkeling and beautiful view of ocean. The normal occupancy is for two but we will accept a couple with a young child. Free transportation to and from airport or ferry.
