The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Completely renovated cottage located in the heart of Lancaster County, minutes from Nook Sports and the new Penn State Hospital. It offers a 1st floor bedrm,full bath w/shower in tub , LR w/ gas fireplace,kitchen, laundry, dining area which opens onto a secluded patio, water feature,and perennial flower gardens. Please: Stay clear of the fountain and rocks. There is an underground pool under the stones, to circulate the water. The upstairs has 1 bedrm w/twin beds & Loft area has a sofa bed

The Barn is nestled between the Forbes Top Ten Rated Lancaster downtown, the quaint town of Lititz and the Spooky Nook Sports Complex. We are ready to accommodate large groups with a full kitchen and room in the upstairs loft for extra inflatable mattresses and sleeping bags. NO PETS are allowed but a reputable kennel is 1/2 mile away. No events or gatherings allowed. NO TRAILERS allowed.

Swallow Cottage Private Suite

While located on a private country spot, we are a walk, bike ride, or short drive to the charming town center of LItitz, Pa. While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one. Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.
