Crossing Retreat is a timber clad modern barn which has been renovated to give guests a taste of the countryside with a quirky twist. The large bi-folding doors along one side of the Retreat allow guests to open up their living space to the outdoors, perfect for those warm evenings. In the cooler months it provides a great source of light, enabling guests to take in the surrounding fields which provide lovely views. The projector and pool table are super additions to keep you entertained.

Outside each hut you have a decked patio area with seating and a covered decked area with additional seating and bbq. Our family have worked Berry Hall Farm for over 100 years! The boat shed is a cosy studio, situated just a minutes stroll from Barton Broad, there is a super king bed that can be adapted to form 2 singles, please request which you prefer when booking, a kitchen area with double oven, hob, fridge washing machine, and microwave, the bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. There is a table and 2 chairs and a sofa. A large garden, with table and chairs and a bench, also a table tennis table.

The Boat House is a wonderfully unique space which sleeps 2 in one bedroom/sitting room overlooking the Broad. Fully centrally heated, it has a kitchenette, wet room and a summer house. A pub and cafe are a short walk away. Hot tub rental (£85 per stay) available. We also have storage for bikes and there is a launching area for canoes and paddleboards a 5 minute walk away at the moorings.
