Artisan Loft in Historic Five Points with Rustic Red Bricks

Explore Denver's art district, then climb the steel stairs to this eclectic loft where vintage charm meets steam-punk fashion. Portuguese-style patterned tiles blend seamlessly with a bottle top coffee table and industrial-chic lighting. This space was a family project (Steve, Lisa and Mick who are brothers and sister) – a carriage house built behind our 1900s house near downtown Denver. The building was designed to mimic older architecture to fit-in with the historic neighborhood. The interior was designed to carry that vintage charm inside with exposed brick and steam-punk fixtures and furniture to blend vintage and industrial design elements. We designed and built the structure including detail such as the black pipe chandelier, steel stair case and funky locker cabinets in the bathroom and bedrooms. Handcrafted items and collections from our family are displayed around the house. The carriage house is exclusively for guests so anything you see is available including food and drink. As much or as little as the guests desire. We will be helpful in answering any questions about the neighborhood and where to eat and drink. Historic Curtis Park is situated between two commercial corridors: Welton and Larimer (RiNo). There are plenty of restaurants, craft breweries, wineries, cideries, and dispensaries nearby. Take the A-Train from DIA to Blake and 38th Station. From there it's a 12-minute walk or a short Uber/Lyft ride. B-Cycle station nearby at 33rd and Araopahoe I'm new at this but my brother Mick hosts the "1880s Carriage House" across the street which is Colorado's Number one airbnb, so I'm getting hosting tips from him.

The Highlands Hen House

Cozy private carriage house in shared yard behind 1893 historic home. Perfect for the business or solo traveler but can accommodate 2 with the plush queen sized bed. Conveniently located to downtown, Coors Field or the Mile High Stadium. Easy access to both I-25 and I-70. The casita is in the back corner of the Hosts yard and the yard is shared with the Host. Gardens, fire pit, gas grill, and hot tub all available to guests. Sadly no dogs allowed as we have bunnies and chickens living here.

Single Story Artist's Home in a Central Location

Very close to the I25/I70 interchange. The Light Rail station, Mission Ballroom center, and National Western Center are blocks away. You can hop on the train and be downtown in 5 minutes. It's the perfect home base for your Colorado shenanigans! Please let me be very clear that this part of town is where residential meets industrial. This charming 3 bed/2 bath is in a location that will enhance your stay in Denver. Located close to downtown on the quiet end of a block with bars and restaurants on the opposite end. Groceries, liquor, rooftop & mini-golf bars and the airport train all within two blocks. Tastefully furnished with a blend of modern, antique and mid-century decor, the house has a spacious kitchen and plenty of seating in the living room. There is a deck in front and a private patio with couches out back.

Our newly constructed 1br, carbon neutral carriage house (above the detached garage) is located in Denver’s Sunnyside neighborhood, walking distance to many trendy and family friendly restaurants and parks and conveniently close to everything Denver has to offer: LoHi, downtown, Union Station, LoDo, Coors Field, Mile High, Ball Arena, Wash Park, and Cherry Creek. Light rail, Lyft/Uber, scooter, bike, or drive around town easily. Hop on I-70 or I-25 and head to the mountains in 1-2 hours.
