Established in 1996, Fawlty Towers is one of the original accommodation facilities in Livingstone. It is clean, basic & affordable & is located on the edge of Livingstone town centre so you will be able access everything from this centrally located place including the Victoria Falls, which is just 8kms away & to which we run an affordable shuttle 3 - 4 days of the week. A self help, self to make breakfast is available for the guests. Our place is not posh, not in the city centre not on the beach front but has atmosphere.

Dunes Guesthouse

Dunes offer four rooms; Dune 7, Lagoon, Pelican Bay and Sandwich Harbour. Dune 7 and Lagoon are furnished with a double bed each while the Pelican Bay and Sandwich Harbour rooms are furnished with a double and a three-quarter bed each. All the rooms are en-suite with showers only and are equipped with TVs with DStv, tea and coffee facilities, fans and heaters, microwaves and bar fridges. As an added benefit, guests also have access to Wi-Fi. ard.

The Happy Room is the perfect room for those young at heart and a playful outlook on life. It has two three-quarter beds and is decorated in bright colours and themes. It is the perfect stop over for your journey to the North- East of Namibia. It is a tranquil private game reserve where you can expect comfortable accomodation and a hearty breakfast. It is the perfect place to escape and let your soul breathe. Perfect for couples or families.

The Priory: Upstairs Terrace room B&B

Beautiful room opening onto a private terrace, where you can gaze at the famous Bethesda night sky. Can be made up as a twin room on request. Ideal for a family when booked with the Priory Downstairs Garden Room. The bathroom is accessed via an external staircase. Our rate includes a delicious breakfast, which is served from our on-site Tower Café. Dinners are available on request, at the time of booking.

Tierra Pequena B&B - African Room

Tierra Pequena is suitable for older and young couples, solo adventures, business travelers, and families with kids. There are 4 rooms inside the guest house to accommodate 2 people each and the Horseman that can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. we are situated in Ballie park - a 2 hectare equestrian estate - very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life yet still in town.

Furusa Guest House Room 10

Spacious room with a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom with hot water shower. Free wifi and air conditioning. You can relax in our lush gardens and feel the early morning spray from the Falls, or take a dip in the pool after a hot day.
