The Cuckoo's Nest Glamping Huts: Twiggy

This is one of two glamping huts at The Cuckoo’s Nest. Inspired by traditional Celtic roundhouses these cosy wooden huts are situated in the beautiful remote crofting township of Locheynort in the Isle of South Uist. Conveniently located approximately a mile from the main road linking the Isles of Eriskay, South Uist, Benbecula and North Uist, the huts offer an idyllic base from which to explore the islands, to pause whist travelling along the Hebridean Way, or to take a relaxing short break.

Situated in the quiet village of Lochboisdale, just a stones throw from the ferry terminal. Birdsong is a fantastic base for exploring our stunning landscapes and wildlife. 'Laimishader' is a cosy 1 bedroom log cabin in a prime location to explore the historic attractions of the westside of Lewis.Located in close proximity to the Hebridean Way, Laimishader is ideal as a base to visit such sights as Callanish Stones, Garenin Blackhouses, and Doune Carloway Broch. Carloway is also home to 2 stunning beaches, Dal Mor and Dal Beag,and is ideal for hill walkers, cyclists, surfers,birdwatchers,or simply those looking for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.

Here is our new well kitted out Pod.It has underfloor heating,hot water,two ring induction hob,fridge/freezer,kettle,toaster,fixed double bed,and sofa bed.For your comfort it has toilet,wash hand basin and shower.Also WiFi,alexa, tv/dvd,amazon fire stick (netflix/childrens tv etc).It is very comfortable and cosy, with super soft fluffy fleece bedding and a pure wool duvet. It also has a bbq area with seating and fire pit for chilled out evenings. The pod is at the end of a quiet village.

Our luxury self catering pod is situated in the rural northerly village of Eoropie in the western isles, close to the Butt of Lewis. The location of pod is at the back of our house with a view over our croft and is near the Teampall Mholuaidh. There is Privacy from the house for you to enjoy you stay .We are in the beautiful, peaceful countryside. The Mangersta Pod

When you arrive at The Mangersta Pod you will find yourself in an extremely clean and comfortable haven. To ensure you have a good night's sleep the camping mattresses were replaced by a comfortable mattress right from the start. Situated in the village of Mangersta on the Atlantic coast of Lewis, the pod is a few minutes walk away from a remote beach and stunning cliff walks. This is an area of exceptional natural beauty with over 20 beaches as well as beautiful moorland and lochs.

Gael is a modern cabin on a working croft, which captures uninterrupted views over Portree bay, Ben Tianavaig and the Cuillin hills in the far distance. The cabin itself has a full height atrium which includes a functional kitchenette, seating area, log-burner and a three-piece bathroom suite. The mezzanine level is accessed by a wooden staircase featuring a comfortable double bed. Situated just off the Scorrybreach trail this is the perfect launchpad for your Skye adventure.

Black pod-inn is a luxury pod located just 20 minutes from Stornoway in New Tolsta and 0.9 miles from stunning Tolsta beach( Traigh Mhor) and Garry beach. This well presented ‘small home’ is light, airy from a kitted out kitchen, full size shower room and a comfoartable seating area with TV, Wi-Fi,bluetooth surround sound system.
