This lovely 3 bedroom home has been recently renovated and is fully furnished. For your comfort we provide bedding, a coffee machine, free hi-speed wi-fi and Bluetooth speaker. The house has a fully fenced back yard and is pet friendly. The study has a second TV and couch, great for kids viewing. The house has a large covered veranda around 3 sides of the house. The back veranda has seating and a BBQ, the front has comfy outdoor furniture and overlooks the country hills.

Yes we have a camel ( but only one now 😞 ) My B&B is in the beautiful Goobarragandra Valley 12 kilometres from Tumut. I am ideally located at the northern end of the Snowy Mountains to explore and enjoy all the region has to offer. Our immediate surrounds offer fantastic views, great bird watching and fishing. We are able to accommodate 2 adults and a small child under 2 years of age only. If your child is older then 2 please contact us first as we have a portacot only.

Cabin 1 is situated away from the caravan park. It is a 2 bedroom cabin with a queen bed in the first bedroom and 2 double beds in the second bedroom. This is a fully self contained cabin. It is a very spacious cabin with a maximum of 6 guests.
