The home is set up great for families and pets with a lakeside view. There are three bedrooms, a living room with a fold out single bed and a futon downstairs that pulls out into a full bed. Downstairs allows for a great entertainment space and upstairs has a relaxing environment. Fully fenced in yard allows for dogs and kiddos to run around freely.

This a cozy first floor walk out basement apartment in a 2 unit two blocks from Lake Michigan or Muskegon lake. Please note that the kitchen does not have a stove or oven. Our place is perfect for small families, couples, and friends looking to enjoy the area - Lake Michigan, beaches and hiking. *****We do not allow fragrances of any kind. The hvac system is connected to the upper unit so we do not allow sprays, body spray, candles, perfume etc…****** thank you for your consideration!

Riverbend Ranch is a place to rest and reset. A place where you can find adventure for the outdoor enthusiasts and peacefulness for those who seek tranquility. Our property backs up to the lovely new Dune Harbor Park. You'll have foot access to our private Lake Michigan beach and the Dune Harbor trails, all while being 15 mins away from both downtown Grand Haven & Muskegon.
