Our large deck overlooks a mature garden stretching to walking tracks around the lake edge, across the water from award winning Lake House; the Central Springs area and Boathouse Cafe just a few meters away.

The Spa Cottage offers a small cozy affordable couples retreat nestled in the heart of Hepburn Springs. Not suitable for suitcases. Featuring a deep spa bath (side jet function only) for two, kitchenette and small courtyard. An easy stroll to the iconic cafes, restaurants, boutiques, the famous Palais Theatre and indulgent Hepburn Bathhouse, or just a short 2-3 minute drive to Daylesford. Little Jem is a luxurious brand-new house designed for comfort and relaxation. The house is spacious, elegantly furnished and walking distance to town. Little Jem has all the comforts, with its luxurious king size bed, big double shower, spa bath for two, separate toilet and all with under floor tile heating to keep your feet warm. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.

Studio Solaris is a small but delightful self-contained studio space suitable for two. It is sparkling clean and it is located at the end of a quiet road. It is the perfect place to relax. There are some lovely country walks to be had around the neighbourhood from the Studio. It includes a queen size bed, a large bathtub, washing machine and a kitchenette to prepare meals. There is an outdoor deck with table, chairs and an umbrella.
