From my home you will see forest, hills, and mountains in every direction. I have converted a good portion of my home into a one bedroom suite, with a queen Murphy Bed, private entrance, kitchenette, living area, and private bath. Private entrance and you have the studio to yourself. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker available. Private shed with lock to store bikes and snow gear. Easy 15 minute walk to downtown and minutes to the Flagstaff Urban Trail. No TV but we have great wifi Sleeps 2 in bed and 2 on futon (pillows and sleeping bags provided for futon, or linens are available upon request). Street parking on cul de sac during spring and summer, parking in driveway during winter.
