Love the place. Everything very clean, spacious. The house is exactly as described. The owners are very friendly and responded very quickly. I love the fact that pets are welcome but in reality the house is so clean you can’t tell that pets are allowed. This house definitely will be on my list. Overall I give 10+ ⭐️ to this property.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Chelsea's place. It was exactly what we needed. it was close to the airport with plenty of space for all of us. Chelsea's instructions were clear and easy which made checking in and out a breeze. The home is older, but has had many tasteful upgrades to make it feel much more modern. The real winner was the play room. Our kiddo had so much fun playing in that space. It made our entire trip that much more relaxing.

This was a simple place for a nice stay in the area! There is some good food around, but mainly we booked for a private spot with a lot of beds. It was very clean and stocked with all you would need in a kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay at Cadu's while we visited family and friends in Richmond. Clean, comfortable, cozy house -- great communication with host.

Our family of five had a quick stay at Josh’s and the home did not disappoint. It was spacious, comfortable, and convenient. The back porch and yard was our favorite space - the fire pit and twinkle lights created a great atmosphere. We would absolutely stay again.

We loved our stay at Alex’s beautiful home! It was very modern, clean, and extremely spacious (especially the HUGE backyard which our dogs LOVED). We come back often to Richmond to see family and this is by far our FAVORITE place! I hope we are able to stay here again! Great family and dog friendly place to stay! Sarah was quick to respond to any questions and was proactive about providing instructions and local attractions. The home was very well maintained and the family enjoyed the games in the fully fenced yard. We enjoyed our time there!

Gorgeous period house with beautiful yard and pool! Elegant yet comfortable with terrific amenities. Loved having the space to work, cook, relax and celebrate UR college graduation with family! Super fun game room with Pac Man and pinball machine, piano in dining room, and large TV in living room. Fully outfitted kitchen for gourmet cooking. Perfect amount of space for 6 people. Lovely neighborhood adjacent to parkland and centrally located/convenient to everything in Richmond. Always available parking on street. Richard & Julia were super friendly/helpful, proactive with comms and always quick to respond. Staying @ 900 Blanton made our special weekend even more memorable!

very spacious the entire second floor of the house is yours. it's a pet friendly rental complete with a dog bed. beautiful house hardwood floors large mirrors in bathroom very clean shower there's a bidet in the toilet

Edna's condo was a cozy place for us to stay while visiting/supporting new parents as they welcomed another little one. Having two bathrooms was helpful, the kitchen had everything we needed for our meal prep. It's a quiet location and when the weather cooperated we enjoyed walking the trails accessed from the back of the complex. A treasure!

Erica was fantastic. My girlfriend and I encountered some delays getting there and she was understanding and patient with us. The space was exactly as advertised, and the location was amazing. The space was clean and private. It is about 3 steps from the door to the canal, and being right on the canal walk there was tons of stuff nearby to see and do. 5/5 would definitely stay again. This house is awesome. It's huge and priced very competitively. It did have issues, but they didn't bother us too much. If you're expecting perfection from a home this size, at this location at this price, you're not being reasonable. For our needs, it was PERFECT.

Everything was great at the house Anna. We were very pleased with the spacious and comfy house. Just one thing. There was a rain storm Friday night and a tree branch fell onto the top of my son’s roof rack, damaging it. I would definitely check the tree to the left of the driveway where he was parked as I think more are likely to fall. Marilyn

The location and all amenities were as described! Simone was extremely proactive about reaching out and checking in throughout our stay. Place was clean. Was a great, walkable neighborhood for my dog and I, and the fenced in backyard was a bonus! It is chain-link and not particularly high, so just keep that in mind depending on your dog’s needs.

Our host, Tom, accommodated our family with a last minute request that was outside the typical stay parameters after another host had to do a last minute cancel on us for an unforeseen circumstance. He was the nicest host we've ever had! The home was very spacious, comfortable, spotless and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, paper supplies and all our cooking needs. Beds had soft, comfortable bedding. Bathrooms stocked with soaps, shampoos and plenty of towels. We truly just had to bring ourselves and the food/drink to enjoy a wonderful family Christmas stay. I highly recommend this AirBnb and we will definitely stay with this host again whenever we are in the area. Thank you!

Clean house in a quiet neighborhood that had everything we needed for our extended stay. Tall fenced in yard was a plus for the pup. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions!
