The house is located in untoucted nature next to a field on Brennistaðir farm, about 20 km from Egilsstaðir in the direction to Borgarfjörður eystri. The farm is sheep farm. We live about 400 m distance from Ásinn. Fully equipped kitchen, small sitting room, spacious bathroom (washing machine and dryer), 4 bedrooms. Good looking view, cairns, bird live, streams, family-friendly environment in peaceful nature.

Once our grandfathers´s woodship, now a cozy retreat for travellers seeing something truly different. It´s a character-filled Tiny House, set within the historic Berunes farmstead, adjacent to the original farmhouse, opposite the community church and graveyard. Your nearest neighbor is one of East Iceland´s most celebrated dining experiencve. Hjartarstadir - apartment 2

The apartment is located at the farm Hjartarstadir near the road (94) to Borgarfjordur, 18 km from the town Egilsstaðir. It's a brand new house with 5 studio apartments where each has seperated entrance and bathrooms for each apartment. In front of the house is a terrace and in each apartment is a little kitchenette with hod, zink and kitchenware for light meal. The house stands on a little hill near our farm where you can enjoy the view to the mountain and the countryside.

Beautiful, warm and cosy cottage for 2 people. It's located in the countryside 18 km from the town Egilsstaðir on road 931. It's on the south side of the lake on the way to Hallormsstaður the biggest forest in Iceland. The next grocery store is in Egilsstaðir. Good paved road, passable all the year. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful landscape, nice hiking trails down to the lake or up to the hills, good place to see the northern lights in wintertime.
