Wir bieten für Wanderer, Skitourer und Auszeitler unsere Ferienwohnung am Biobauernhof am Rand von Puchberg am Schneeberg an. 2 Gäste sind im Preis enthalten. Person 3 & 4 kosten je 13€/Nacht. Die Reinigungspauschale ist für bis zu 2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder 40€. Bei 3-4 Erwachsenen sind für den 3. & 4. Gast pro Kopf 13€ zusätzlich vor Ort zu zahlen (also max. 60€ Endreinigung). Die Gemeinde Puchberg hebt zudem eine Kurtaxe pro Erwachsener von 2,90€/Nacht ein, die ebenfalls vor Ort hinzu kommt.

A 60m2 apartment in the Steiner Old Town next to the Kunstmeile as well to the pier for the tourist boats to the Wachau. The center of Krems and the Danube University are in walking distance.

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Bahnhof und das Skigebiet Stuhleck sind nur wenige 100m entfernt. Direkt am Weltkulturerbe Semmering Bahn, je 100 km von Wien und Graz entfernt. Viele Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto in 1 Stunde erreichbar: Neusiedler See, Mariazell, Hohe Wand, Rax und Schneeberg zum Wandern uvm.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
