The Cottage is two story and the main bed and additional bed (within the reading area) is located on the 2nd level. This is a heritage listed property has been lovingly restored with beautiful vistas inside and out. Enjoy toasty warmth in winter with open fire and hydronic heating in Winter and a very cool converted cellar in Summer inside. The beautiful views from the deck are perfect for a bbq or enjoying the spa.

A country escape for nature lovers. Very spacious with large lounge dining room leading out to front deck with spectacular views along with 2nd sitting room with a BBQ deck. Both bedrooms have a king bed and storage. There are 2 bathrooms one up and one down and a second toilet off the laundry downstairs Well equipped kitchen including pizza oven and espresso machine. Your welcome pack consists of home made pizza and fudge. Fire place available from 1st May to 30th September.

Situated in the most desirable part of Hepburn Springs and at end of a long private driveway through the lightly forested sloping 1-acre site (with two other small cottages at the front end of the site) that backs onto and has direct access to the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve, the cottage provides a relaxing and peaceful getaway.
