“Low Tide” studio *no cleaning fee!

This unique place has a style all its own. It’s an open concept studio for two on the “quietside” of Mount Desert Island. This cozy, newly constructed nook is the perfect place to rest your head after exploring all our island has to offer! Note, there is no oven or cooktop. Your kitchenette will provide a sink, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Your studio is the downstairs to the owners apartment, both with their own entrance and shares a driveway with my other rental.

Bar Harbor Condos - Apt C

Our condominium was built in 2020 and are located in downtown Bar Harbor. The condos are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings. There is one off street parking space allotted which is rare in downtown Bar Harbor. There is a shared laundry room and excellent wifi also. Please consider getting travel insurance when making your reservation, this is a small property, and how we make our living, Airbnb does offer it and unfortunately situations do come up.

Convenient 1 BR in Center of Acadia! [Willowbrook]

This comfortable 1BR unit is a perfect spot for a couple or solo traveler as they explore Mount Desert Island and Acadia. The unit is located in Somesville in the center of the island at the top of the Somes Sound. The small backyard area is a nice private spot to relax without having to bump into any other guests in neighboring units. Walking distance to Some Sound and Somes Pond and a short jaunt to Acadia National Park & many activities our island has to offer. If you are looking for a quit place to relax, this is a great choice.
