Welcome to the Mossy Hollow House! This cozy home is within walking distance to Mayfield lake & Marina. Enjoy an open floor plan that is great for entertaining. Cook a meal while you watch a movie or curl up on the oversized sectional for a nap. Head on outside for a bon fire and a soak in the covered hot tub. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Tiny Cottage located on a 47 acre Christmas Tree Farm. That has a peek a boo view of Mayfield Lake. The kitchenette, dining area and bathroom with shower is on the main floor. And the bedroom with sitting area , Queen bed, electric fireplace and 65 in TV is on the second floor. There is a picnic table, small BBQ , Fire pit in the yard. The back deck has a claw foot tub with additional shower. For the adventurous at heart.
