The ultimate location for entertaining the entire family or sports team! Over 10,000 square feet to roam! Full court basketball (can set up for pickleball upon request), party/entertainment room, kitchen, bathrooms and a finished loft for sleeping up to 17 guests. Play, cook, relax and sleep. Master bedroom has sheets, pillows/pillow cases, and comforter. For the five triple bunk beds, these will have sheets, pillows, and pillow cases. But you MUST bring your own blanket or sleeping bag.

Also a short walk across campus to MAC (Midwest Athletic Club). Lots of room for family and friends, as well as your pet. We are in the heart of Jacksonville and a short walk or drive to all that Jacksonville has to offer. Walk to food, drinks and activities or just stay and enjoy the space.

Once used by seasonal farm labor in the 1930s, Bunkhouse Seventy-Four is a fully restored historic bunkhouse with all the modern amenities for a comfortable getaway. Perfect for couples, it features a full kitchen, bath, queen bed, a spacious porch, beautiful antique stained glass windows, a private outdoor soaking tub (Apr-Nov) on a 7 acre hobby farm.
