Our spacious studio guesthouse in Tyrolean Village is only 7kms south of Jindabyne & 30 minutes from the ski fields. It has amazing views, off street parking, a gorgeous bathroom and good storage. It has a queen bed, large TV with streaming services, lots of DVDs, books and free wifi. All linen is supplied. It is only a short walk to the lake and stunning bush- tracks. Also on the site is a Swedish Cedar Sauna available to RENT to soothe those muscles after a hard day of exercise.

This newly refurbished three bedroom, one bathroom self-contained guesthouse is located on the lower level of our 2 storey home (where we live) on 10 acres, with its own private access and parking area.

An air-conditioned studio apartment located just a few minutes drive from the centre of Jindabyne in the Highview area. This low cost modern space is equipped with kitchenette (no oven or cook top), queen size bed, sofa lounge and small dining table. Sofa lounge sleeps 2 people, ideal for 2 children or 1 adult. This property is just 30 - 40 minutes drive to Thredbo or Perisher, you can enjoy simple style accommodation all year round.

Runway View Cottage is one of 6 cottages at Touchdown Cottages. This cottage is very new and is totally powered by extremely reliable solar power which works better than the grid. The cottage is very private with views over Snow Gum woodlands, open grasslands and aircraft landing field. You’ll love the ambiance, privacy, quietness, and open space with many native birds and animals. All this and only 2klm from town centre.

Off-grid Tiny House – Big Yard Escapes, Wilderness

Big Yard Escapes has two Tiny Houses set on vast, peaceful bushland near Jindabyne. Mighty gum trees rest on hills rolling down to the rumbling Mowamba River where deer and kangaroos roam. The off-grid Tiny Houses have plush furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, gas heating and refrigerated airconditioning. Big Yard Escapes also has a web site with videos. Big Yard Escapes does not charge service fees.
