Surrounded by the serenity of rural landscapes, peace and quiet, the two bedroom original stockmans cottage located on working cattle station, (Pinnacle station) privately set well away from main house. Kevs cottage is located 20 min north of Gin Gin and 5min to Lake Monduran. Kev Cottage includes a well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms, dining and lounge areas. Outside is a three bay garage with extra height to keep your boat out of the weather. The cottage is fenced and dog friendly ☺️

Our gorgeous family home offers the perfect place to relax, unwind & explore the twin towns of Agnes Water & 1770. Perfectly located, with just a 2 minute stroll to the popular Main Beach surf, easy walks to cafes, restaurants & shops. Beautifully furnished with many spaces to chill out, whether pool side, on the deck or around the large stone kitchen bench. Ideal for families with children or couples.

The Hut Turkey Beach

The Hut at Turkey Beach is the perfect escape for fishing, crabbing and relaxing. What it lacks in size it makes up for in location, being only 20metres from the boat ramp, 50metres to the park and with 280degrees of uninterrupted water views. This water front location covers everyone, whether it be the fisherman, the lady wanting to read while enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or the kids who want to ride their bikes and play in the park. Agnes Water Views - Luxe stay, stunning views

Welcome to Agnes Water Views. Sitting on one of the highest points in Agnes Water, enjoy BOTH sunrise and sunset from Agnes to 1770 & Bustard Heads from the 13m long verandah. Open to guests for the first time September 2021, our lovingly restored cottage has been finished with your comfort in mind. Enjoy the quiet bush block with native animals aplenty. While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

Charade Cottage at the Beach

You’ll treasure your time at this quaint cosy freestanding cottage. Just a short 500 metre stroll to the beautiful beach or head in the other direction only 300 metres to the IGA, Tavern, Chemist, Bakery, Doctor, Fish & chip shop and Garage. Enjoy your privacy with your own entrance and complete separation from the owners dwelling. There is a resident Labrador that will appreciate a passing cuddle. (However this means we cannot accept other pets, aside from service animals)

The Little House

Our Little House has open plan living and bed/s area with a private bathroom and kitchenette. A number of stairs lead up to a small patio where the unit is located. Plenty of space to park vehicle/s and trailers too. Our Bnb is on our mango farm and located above our packing area. All water used is rainwater. The birdlife is prolific and plenty of gardens to view. Stars to enjoy in the sky too. Guests will be warmly welcomed and left to relax and enjoy the space.

The cabin is located on 20 000 acres which is home to organic beef cattle - you may be lucky to spot some cattle or horses.
