Lovely old small stone cottage recently renovated to a high standard, located in a quiet hamlet within easy reach of the Wye Valley, Hereford and the Marches, Black Mountains and the Forest of Dean. The cottage is surrounded by woodland and nature with walks in every direction from your doorway. The village is accessed from a single track lane and is very rural and peaceful, yet only 4 miles from Monmouth. There are two working farms in the village and farm traffic can just occasionally be busy.

Welcome to our converted stone barn in the Monnow Valley. This rural retreat offers picturesque views of meadows, trees, and hills. Inside, you will discover a spacious living area with an open layout and a few *steps* down to the living room.
