Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.

This is a lovely little apartment with a private patio and parking. It is located just blocks from the highway for easy access to many local parks and attractions while still being quiet and homey. The private patio is set up to enjoy the changing light on the beautiful mountains of the area and the soft starlit nights of the high desert.
