I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. This cozy apartment lives under our brownstone home, with it's own entrance, free wifi, queen bed, washer/dryer and kitchen appliances. Street parking is easy, no restrictions or permits required! We have many guests in town to attend an event at the convention or the Moda Center, if that’s you, we are under one mile from both, and three blocks from the bus that takes you there!

A beautiful 1908 Craftsman home in a historic neighborhood, safe and walkable. Beautiful historic homes, gorgeous tree lined boulevards, wonderful people, and extremely close to many wonderful restaurants and shopping. There are wonderful neighborhoods surrounding Historic Irvington, but she is the Grand Dame of them all! Irvington neighborhood is on the National Register of Historic Places, and it's very central to everything in Portland.

There are cafes, shops, breweries and parks all within walking distance and it's just one block off of the famous East Burnside Street. Pet fee is $35 for one night; $50 for 2-7 nights. Higher fee with longer stays.
