Every detail of the flat has been designed for your comfort and convenience. Although most of the buildings around neighbourhood are old, you can stay in the new apartment with an elevator.

I am waiting for you for a pleasant Istanbul holiday in a comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. My house has a tourist rental permit from the Ministry of Tourism in accordance with local laws.

The building foundation is installed on the rock bottom with deep concrete piles, the structional system also has been chosen, for the possible earthquake wave direction. In conclusion, our building is designed and constructed to withstand any earthquake might occur in İstanbul.
