Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our quiet, peaceful, private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

Glamping at it's finest! Come enjoy our beautiful 200-acre national park-esque ranch fringed in gorgeous limestone boulders surrounding a spring-fed 15-acre private lake with outdoor living area and sand beach. Great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and excellent fishing. We are only 5 minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs Golf Course and 3EX municipal airport. We live on-site and will generally be available throughout your stay should you need or desire.

Ranch Glamper, Fire Pit, Barbecue Grill, Hot Tub

Enjoy glamping on a working cattle ranch. The camper has water, sewer, electric, and WiFi. Enjoy sitting outside with the fire pit, or lay in the hammock. There is also an outdoor dining area. The small cozy Glamper is located on our cattle ranch which is about 15 minutes south of Salem. We also have the Rancher Glamper on our farm if you are traveling with another couple. We are 20 minutes from Montauk State Park, 20 minutes from Echo Bluff State Park, and the beautiful Current River.

Bring yourself, food & personal items, we'll take care of the rest: waterproof hanging tents, firewood, sleeping bags, pillows, sheets, towels, toiletries, coffee, pots&pans, utensils, chairs, table, games, s'mores, private AC bath with hot shower. Cheap accommodation hunters please look elsewhere, we aren't a good fit for you.

Great Tear Drop Glamping Site in the Ozark Mountains just outside Mark Twain National Forest.... PRIVATE and spacious camping site with large private shower/bathroom facility with running hot and cold water (except winter months). Added with tables and chairs, also lounging chairs, and a fire pit to enjoy during your stay. Electricity hook up supplying the air conditioner, and refrigerator at the outdoor kitchen Galley. It’s a gas fed cook top. You will enjoy your privacy and nature here.

1967 Vintage Airstream, River Access, Hot Tub

The Shiny Twinkie, is a 1967 Vintage Airstream located at our family's 33 acre creekfront campground. It's one of 7 rentals here. Soak in the amazing 2-person hot tub! The Shiny Twinkie is a short 5 minute walk through our property to spring fed, crystal clear 12Mile Creek. Enjoy the refreshing swimming hole, shut-ins, fishing, trails and more than enough nature to bask in. Deer, rabbits, turtles & many different species of birds! The Shiny Twinkie Airstream makes for a memorable stay!

Cozy Country Studio

Enjoy a countryside retreat! Our family-friendly studio apartment is quiet and cozy, with no one but birds and cows as your neighbors (and us! We live in the main house.) Our studio is the perfect getaway or stop along your travels. Full bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and wi-fi. Enjoy our 1/2 mile nature trail, woodland picnic area with fire pit, & playground! Accommodates up to 3 adults + a baby, 2 adults + 2 children, or 1 adult + 3 children. Cannot house 4 adults. (See bed arrangements!)

The Happy Camper - Glamping & Black River floating

A great place to unplug and get away from it all! The Happy Camper includes a covered outdoor kitchen area, a firepit and additional beds in the adjacent cabin. The location is located nearby numerous outdoor gems including the Black River, Taum Sauk, Mountain , Sam Baker State Park, the Ozark Trail and mountain biking areas. The property has a year-round creek flowing through it to enjoy and explore. The adjacent "Cabin on the Creek" is also available to rent if you need more space.

Glamping site with access to the Finley River. Primitive camping at its finest. 5 minute walk to River. Centrally located with Branson 20 miles south, and Bass Pro 20 miles north. - no electricity, with solar lights - full-size bed - fire pit & grill - outhouse - picnic table - Igloo cooler of fresh water - metal roof - extra tents $35 per tent Pets are welcome, but must NOT be allowed on the bedding or rug. If dog hair is left on the bedding, there is a $30 charge.

Pine Valley at Dillard Mill - Avion / Airstream

Stay in a vintage 1970 Avion, cousin to the Airstream within walking distance of Dillard Mill. Two clawfoot tubs await you for a relaxing hot bath or shower while absorbing the view and serenity of our farm. Enjoy your time on the private deck, fire up the grill, and finish the evening around your own campfire. Sleeps up to 4. Pets, up to two, are welcome for an extra $50 per stay. Self check-in and out for added privacy.
