Lots of large windows which let in an abundance of natural light and a dedicated work space overlooking the backyard. Free parking. Private patio & smoking allowed outdoors.

Located in a quaint neighbourhood of Cedar Valley in Mission, our home is a short drive from US border & Abbotsford Airport, beautiful lakes, stunning waterfalls, mountain hiking trails, historic sites, dining, wineries & farm tours. Conveniently near a bus stop & only 5 minute drive to a commuter train station connecting you to downtown Vancouver. With one queen size bed & full size sofa bed the suite sleeps 4 comfortably. Fully stocked with all the essentials. Be aware we have a toddler & dog.

We are child/pet friendly but please do not leave either unattended inside or outside. Parking for max 3 vehicles permitted. Fully equipped kitchen! Fast wifi, 55" Smart TV, books, games, go for a walk, relax in the antique clawfoot tub. BBQ and fire pit. Dock, lake access for kayaking is June to early Sep. (high season). Limit 4 adults per booking with up to 6 guests including children. No parties & no visitors.

Our bright and sunny 2 bedroom suite is a perfect home away from home. We are happy to welcome all travelers - two legged or four! From the cozy fireplace to the tranquil garden courtyard, you will find the perfect spot to just sit and relax. This quiet neighbourhood is close to bus routes, parks, playgrounds and a great, fully fenced off-leash dog park. Not to mention, some of the very best hiking and mountain biking trails, and sturgeon fishing in all of Canada!

Must Love Chickens (and cats, dogs, ducks...)

As a farm and since we live on site, our suite will still be allowed under BC's new AirBnB restrictions. With its own private entrance, this bright, south facing suite offers 2 acres of outdoor space with views of Mount Baker from our partially covered patio. Hike one of the nearby trails, feed our chickens, ducks or goats, or just watch the grass grow. Ask about seasonal homestead workshops like making cheese or picking your own apples and making fresh cider.
