We love to share our beach condo, and its greatest asset is its location. You can see and hear the waves crashing, with nothing obstructing the view. There are lovely grounds for playing or grilling, & a nice pool. The condo is between Fort Macon & central Atlantic Beach. The NC Aquarium, Morehead City, & Beaufort are nearby. Emerald Isle & Swansboro also aren’t too far. Harker’s Island & Cape Lookout are fun excursions. And for a major day trip, you can take the Cedar Island ferry to Ocracoke.

Later, venture over to the beach access across the street, to the sound for fishing, or rent your kayak & SUP (seasonally). The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and is designed for spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows on 3 sides. Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.
