Our quaint town, 8 miles north of Mt. Washington, is a prime location for everything outdoors: year round HIKING, (1.7 miles to AT) & BIKING trails, 100s of groomed ATV/snowmobile trails, swim, fish, canoe, kayak and tube the pristine rivers, waterfalls & emerald pools and SKI THE SKI RESORTS within 10-30 miles. The small town of Gorham caters to tourists: a dozen great restaurants, antique & gift shops, railroad museum, opera house & town common all within easy walking distance of the studio.

Featuring cabin-style rooms on a farm with mountain views from the top of the world. We abut hiking, snowmobile, and ATV trails. With goats and chickens in the barn, wild berries in the fields, and all kinds of wildlife, the Berlin Trails Farm sits just up Cates Hill from the scenic Androscoggin - great for fishing, canoeing, and white water rafting. We are surrounded by hundreds of acres of meadows, wilderness, peaceful natural ambience. We stock our own eggs and local breakfast foods! WOW!

T&D’s Riverfront Getaway. Getaway from it all!

You will have a furnished single bedroom apartment in the lower part of our home. It has a private entrance with parking for vehicles and trailers. There is a huge yard for relaxing or we are on the Androscoggin River for fishing, kayaking or tubing. We are conveniently located only 3 miles from the Cedar Pond trail system parking allows for offroad adventures abound. Hikers will also enjoy this convenient location as we are only 30 minutes from Mount Washington and the White Mountains.

This newer House has a private 1-BR above-the-garage with a private back-entrance with a Living-room, Full Kitchen with a 2-person island, Large Bath with double-wide shower and a large BR w/ views of Sunday River as well as Mahoosuc Notch. Perfect for a two-person get-away, in the Western Mountains of ME. Great for Winter Sports at Sunday River, or Mt. Abrams, outdoor activities or quick-access to downtown Bethel. Sunny studio with king bed, private entrance, garage parking. Small but complete kitchen (under counter refrigerator). Great views of the Wildcat river. WiFi, cable. 1 mile to Jackson cross country trails and close to the village of Jackson. Non smoking. The space is 500 square feet. There is a two night minimum stay. Pet friendly. Starting in 2025, we will allow 1 dog without charge. You will be charged $40/stay for a second dog. Please supply information on breed and size.

There is plenty of parking and ATV's are welcome. Sleeps 4 with a full sized bed and sleeper sofa!
