Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Naša kućica na drvetu pruža jedinstveni doživljaj okoline, šume crnog bora i pogleda na Buško jezero. Kuća je podignuta 4 metra iznad zemlje, te vas tako dok boravite u njoj okružuje krošnjama drveća. Kuća se sastoji od dnevne sobe koja je ujedno i blagavaonica, wc-a, spavaće sobe s dva odvojena kreveta, te galerije s bračnim krevetom. U dnevnom boravku se nalazi kamen na drva, koji pruža poseban igođaj tokom zimskih dana, udobni kauč koji može poslužiti i kao dodatni ležaj za jednu osobu.

Charming stone villa “Čovići” is situated along the Makarska Riviera above the popular seaside resort Tucepi just below impressive mountain Biokovo. We offer accommodation for 10 people. In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.

The apartment includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms ,the living room is a large open space where is double sofa bed ,there is the kitchen and a big terrace with a sea view, from the living room you enter the the bathroom. The air conditioners are located as follows: one in the living room, and one in each of the two bedrooms. It is situated on the top floor so the view of the Pakleni islands is amazing especially during the sunset.
